Abstract
El ocio es un factor clave del desarrollo humano para la formación de la identidad personal y colectiva, así como para la construcción del bienestar social. Para caracterizar el ocio juvenil, recurriremos a las representaciones sociales como perspectiva teórica que puede ayudar a identificar y comprender los procesos en torno a los que construyen las relaciones e interacciones sociales respecto a las actividades lúdicas, de ocio y tiempo libre de este grupo.

She is a lecturer in Social Pedagogy and a researcher in the Social Pedagogy and Environmental Education research group (SEPA-interea). He has carried out numerous national and international research stays. She has been the secretary of the Ibero-American Society of Social Pedagogy (SIPS) since 2005.

  • Professor of Environmental Education (EA) at the University of Santiago de Compostela. Member of the Research Group on Social Pedagogy and Environmental Education (SEPA-interea). Her research focuses on the study of the theoretical foundations of EA, the design and evaluation of EA public policies, social representations of climate change, and education and communication to respond to the climate emergency. Premio María Barbeito de Investigación Pedagógica (2009). Director del Proyecto Resclima (www.resclima.info).

  • PhD in Education, graduated and qualified for the Degree in Social Education -with Extraordinary Diploma Award- by the University of Santiago de Compostela (USC). She has completed her academic training with a Master's degree in Intervention and Emancipation of Young People in Social Conflict, and a Master's degree in Research in Education, Cultural Diversity and Community Development. Its lines of research and publication are children and young people at risk and/or in social difficulty, leisure pedagogy, and educational and social time.
