Based on the most recent international research advances in the scientific field of heritage education and democratic education for active citizenship, this bilingual Spanish-English volume seeks to offer applicable theoretical and practical models for a transdisciplinary, integrated and sustainable development of STEAM education (STEM [science, technology, engineering and mathematics] + A [art]) in all pre-university educational stages. It does so by taking as a reference one of the most relevant cultural expressions of human heritage: the Burgos Cathedral (VIII Centenary – Burgos 2021).<\/p>\n
